Text me Gina Marie. I feel it’s easy and I will respond quicker. Thanks.
Hello, I’m Gina Marie and if you would like to inquire about bone art by Hybrid Fever, we would love to work with you and do our best to create you one of kind custom piece or pieces. Feel free to tells us your ideas no matter how strange or weird you might think they are, we want to help make your ideas a reality.
At Hybrid Fever, we specialize in bringing the macabre and the mythical to life through bespoke skeletal articulations. Because our work involves ethically sourced, one-of-a-kind natural materials, our custom process is highly collaborative:
1. The Concept: Start with a vision. Whether it’s a specific creature from Irish folklore (like a Púca or Merrow) or a custom bone chimera, we begin by discussing the anatomy and the ‘lore’ behind your piece.
2. Material Sourcing: We adhere to a strict No Resins/No Plastics rule. If we don’t have the specific ethically sourced bones in our current collection, we will reach out to our network of ethical suppliers to find the perfect specimens for your build.
3. The Blueprint: For complex chimeras or large-scale sculptures, we provide a conceptual breakdown of the anatomical structure to ensure the final piece matches your aesthetic goals.
4. The Articulation: Once the deposit is placed, the hand-articulation process begins. You will receive progress updates as the skeletal structure
is meticulously built and stabilized.

“Because we work exclusively with natural, ethically sourced materials and adhere to a strict No Resins/Plastics rule, our timelines reflect the
meticulous nature of the craft. Generally, a custom piece takes between 4 to 10 weeks from deposit to delivery.
1. Sourcing & Preparation (2–4 weeks): If your commission requires a specific specimen we don’t currently have in our vault, we must source it from our ethical partners. Each bone must be cleaned, degreased, and whitened to our museum-quality standards before articulation begins.
2. Hand-Articulation (2–4 weeks): This is where the ‘Hybrid Fever’ magic happens. We meticulously pose and stabilize every joint and vertebrae by hand to ensure anatomical accuracy and structural integrity.
3. Curing & Quality Control (1 week): Every piece must ‘set’ to ensure the joints are permanent and the sculpture is road-ready for shipping.
Note: Larger ‘Bone Chimeras’ or complex folklore-inspired pieces (like the Ollpheist) may require additional time due to their anatomical complexity. We will provide a specific estimated completion date during your initial consultation.”
“Shipping skeletal fine art is a precision task. We do not ship out the USWe don’t just ‘box’ your order; we ‘armor’ it. To ensure your one-of-a-kind piece arrives in museum-quality condition, we follow a rigorous multi-stage packaging process:
1. Custom Internal Stabilization: Every sculpture is secured within its primary container using non-snagging, acid-free materials. For larger
pieces, we often use custom-fitted foam ‘cradles’ that support the weight of the bone without putting pressure on delicate joints or vertebrae.
2. The Double-Box Method: To provide a ‘crumple zone’ for transit, all skeletal art is double-boxed. The inner art box is suspended within a
heavy-duty outer shipping crate using shock-absorbing materials to neutralize vibrations and impacts.
3. Climate Considerations: Natural bone can be sensitive to extreme humidity changes. We include moisture-regulating packets where necessary to ensure the bone remains stable during its journey.
4. Fully Insured & Tracked: Every shipment is sent with full-value insurance and a tracking number. For high-value pieces (over $500), Signature Confirmation is required to ensure your art is never left unattended on a doorstep.
Shipping Policy:
Hybrid Fever currently ships exclusively within the United States. This allows us to ensure that all pieces move quickly and safely while remaining
in full compliance with state and federal wildlife regulations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for skeletal art due to the size and fragility of the
protective ‘Armor-Packing’ used.” For extremely large items we will deliver.
“Because every ‘Hybrid Fever’ sculpture is a one-of-a-kind anatomical exploration using 100% ethically sourced real bone, pricing is based on the rarity of the specimen, the complexity of the articulation, and the overall scale of the piece.
While every commission is quoted individually, here are our starting investment ranges:

“At Hybrid Fever, we create one-of-a-kind, hand-articulated skeletal art. Because of the unique nature of our materials and the intensive labor
involved in each piece, our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Standard Shop Orders (Pre-made pieces): You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once the ‘Armor-Packing’ process has begun or the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Custom Commissions: Custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit covers the cost of ethically sourcing your specific
specimens and the initial anatomical preparation. If you choose to cancel a custom commission after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover materials and labor.
3. Returns & Exchanges: Due to the fragile and organic nature of natural bone art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your piece is damaged during transit despite our ‘Armor-Packing’ process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
of the packaging and the art so we can initiate an insurance claim and discuss repairs or a replacement.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email Gina immediately at gina@hybridfever.com with your Order Number in the subject line.”
I’ve got a ‘No Resins’ rule because nature’s ‘discarded’ treasures have more soul than any fake material ever could.
To me, there’s no point in
using plastic junk when nature already did the hard work of designing something perfect.
I’m a firm believer in the ‘whole animal’ philosophy—honoring the architecture of life by transforming it into permanent fine art.
